How long does it takes to receive my order to arrive?
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your items to arrive. Most crafts & gifts items we carry we have in stock and we will mail it out within a week the order was placed. But occasionaly, especially when the holiday season arrives it might take a little longer so please order accordingly.
What if I don't like what I have ordered or something is missing?
You have a 30 day return and money back guarantee on items that you don't like. If something is missing or broken it needs to be reported to us within 3 business days you received your package. Shipping not refundable unless it is our fault!
